DAYHOUSE BANK ...ROLLS ON AND ON..ALL TORY COUNILLORS AND MP AND NOT ONE CAN GET ANYTHING DONE??!

POLICE SAY IT'S TOO DANGEROUS TO STAND ON THIS ROAD WITH A SPEED GUN?!-THIS WAS IN ANSWER TO A RESIDENT'S QUESTION AT ROMSLEY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING LAST MONDAY 6TH APRIL 2009!!-BUT THEY WILL STAND IN SAFE AREAS AND CARRY OUT SPEED CHECKS???

Dayhouse Bank, part of Romsley village, the road opposite The Manchester Inn, COMES IN FOR SOME PRETTY HEAVY IGNORANCE!

Ingnorance from the council that is, for the people living here are certainly not ignorant, they try their hardest to come to terms of late of bins being left outside their house, pot holes and speeding!

You take your life in your own hands when you walk up this road back home as vehicles pass you at 60mph, the houses have no front garden their front doors open out into the road, 2Feet 6 inches to be precise and you are then standing in the gutter-the residents don't want a lot, just to be safe when they walk out their front doors?

Mp's, councillors, all say no it's not going to happen, County Council say we can't do anything, but people do not know it was they that announced the 40mph limit against police advice?

Tonite we have a parish council meeting 7.30pm to get answers they have had before, County Councillors will say 'nothing to report', why is because these councillors are party councillors who take their orders from the leaders.

 

THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS THE SAME, WE WANT TO SEE A DEATH BEFORE WE ACT!!

7.30PM---THEY WANT A 30MPH LIMIT...COUNCIL SAY NO DEATHS YET SO NOTHING HAPPENS??
